Our electrics went out on a Sunday morning leaving us with no cooking , heating or refridgeration so we were desparate to get them fixed.
We had already been let down by a company that promised a 2 hour response then couldn't find anyone bothered to to turn out on a weekend and cancelled on us.
Hadeel arrived within 1 hour, walked through the door, said "I think I know the problem" and he was correct.
Sorted the fault within 30 mins, checked all the other electrics too.
Just excellent service and at price a lot lower than I expected to pay.
You can't give 6 stars out of 5 but H deserves them..

I have used Haitham for reasonably substantial upgrades to my last two houses. I make a point of contacting him first and would rather wait for him to be available than go somewhere else just because they might be able to fit me in more quickly. Always know the work will be spot on and I am getting a quality job at a fair and reasonable price.

He provided useful information up front and a competitive price, as well as offering to prioritise the report. True to his word, the report was available the very next working day. He was polite and professional, and explained what was happening at every stage of the process. Very pleased with the service.
