I contacted Dream Home Electrical after trying and failing to fix a constant noise in my extractor fan. Haitham responded quickly with a clear, reasonably priced proposal for a replacement. The installation went smoothly, and it was clear Haitham is highly knowledgeable; he even took the time to explain the common issues with my old unit. He was also incredibly patient and kind when an unexpected meeting delayed our final walkthrough and payment. The new fan has worked perfectly since it was installed in April. Had a sudden power loss with circuit breaker popping, contacted Haitham he gave me a specific time when he could come, explained costs upfront. We needed an electrician to replace some out of date ceiling lights in the shower room. Thankfully we found Haitham Al-Ali at dheltd. Although it was quite a small job, we spent some time discussing it, both what type of lights we wanted as well as how and when the job would be done. He kindly sourced the lights and after confirmation from us bought them. There was some adjustment need to the fuse box, which he explained. The lights are just what we wanted and look great. We were having our kitchen re fitted to an integrated one with little knowledge about how the electrics should change. Haitham came out to price the job on the same day and carried out the job the day after. We were very pleased with his quality of work and knowledge about fitted kitchen electrics as he guided us on how they should be installed. I cannot recommend them enough for your kitchen electrics.

All my experiences with Dream Home Electrical have been extremely positive. The first time was an emergency call out when the lights went out in my house, Haitham was over within a couple hours, found the fault and repaired it there and then, whilst also noticing other problems I didnt realise were there. The second time was a bigger job, replacing the old fuse box with a new one. The work was efficient and tidy. This is a very professional company and Haitham really knows his stuff, friendly and fairly priced for great work. Even the little things like always wearing shoe covers when in the house are always a welcome little extra bit of care. I have already recommended them to other people.

I make a point of contacting him first and would rather wait for him to be available than go somewhere else just because they might be able to fit me in more quickly.
